Our Recruitment Process
We put a lot of effort into building our team. It pays off on the other side.
We love it when people are recommended through our networks, but we do review the CV of every applicant who goes to the trouble to send it in.
When we find a potential match, we will set up a quick chat to get to know you a little better.
You will be interviewed in a video call by the most relevant team member depending on your position on the tech or business side. For engineering positions, you may be given a test at this point.
Team Fit Interviews
We set up a long-ish video interview with the rest of the team that will be working with you directly. Don’t worry, they are one on one, but all in a row.
In Person Discussion
You will meet with the team leader so we can get a better feel for our chemistry, unless you are very far away and can’t make it in person. WFH is OK with us if you have what it takes.
We have one work contract for everyone, including the founders. We have a generous bonus structure and get a great deal of pleasure when people succeed and make money!
